Bulletproof Coffee
Ingredients
• 8-10 oz coffee
• 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
• 1 tbsp MCT oil
• 1 tsp Butter or Ghee
•  sweeten to taste using: monk fruit/stevia/erythritol/Swerve/Lakanto
Directions
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into individual cups and serve.

Hot Porridge
Ingredients
• 12 whole pecan nuts or a handful of pumpkin seeds
• 4 tbsp dried coconut
• 2 tbsp flax seed meal
• 2 pinches salt
• 1 cup boiling Water
• 4 tbsp coconut milk
• 1 scoop protein powder
Directions
1. Put pecans or pumpkin seeds, dried coconut, flax seed and salt into a food processor.
2. Add the boiling water and stir it all up. Let it sit for a minute or two.
3. Add the milk and protein powder. Stir well.

Berry Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
• 1 cup spinach
• 0.5 cup blueberries
• 0.5 cup frozen raspberries
• 28g (1 ounce) chopped almonds
• 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
• 1 cup almond milk or nut milk of choice
• 1 scoop protein powder of choice
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into individual cups and serve.

Berries Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
• 1 cup of frozen blueberries plus extra for garnish
• 1 cup of water
• ½ cup coconut yogurt
• 1 handful of walnut
• 1 tsp MCT oil
• 1 tsp stevia
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend it until smooth.

Green Protein Shake

Ingredients
• 1 cup frozen spinach
• 1-2 tablespoons nut butter
• 1.5 cups nut milk of choice
• 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender or bullet blender 

Flaxseed Coconut Pancakes
Serves 4
Ingredients
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 cup dried coconut
• 1 cup ground flaxseed
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1/4 tsp himalayan salt
• 1 cup coconut milk canned
• 3 large eggs organic or free range
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
1. Sift dry ingredients and mix together.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk coconut milk and eggs together.
3. Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
4. Heat coconut oil in a pan, pour in batter and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side.

Pancakes
Prep Time 3 minutes 
Cook Time 2 minutes 
Total Time 5 minutes 
Servings (Makes about 5 pancakes)

Ingredients

1. 1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon of almond flour (60g). 
2. 1/2 cup of full-fat cream cheese (125g).
3. 4 eggs. 
4. 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 
5. 1 teaspoon of granulated sweetener which is optional. 
6. Butter or Coconut Oil for cooking as desired. 
7. 1 teaspoon of baking powder for super-fluffy pancakes.

Directions

1. Using a food processor or a high-speed blender, add in all the ingredient in the list the blend until the mixture becomes smooth. Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add in the melted butter or coconut oil as desired and once hot, add in the pancake batter and cook for a few minutes. Flip over once the center begins to bubble then cook again for a few minutes. Serve.

Egg Ham Spinach
Serves 2
Ingredients
• 3 tbsp coconut oil
• 2 cups spinach
• 4 large eggs, organic or free range
• 2 slices organic turkey/ham (Optional)
Directions
1. Melt coconut oil in a frying pan and gently fry spinach until wilted.
2. Meanwhile, crack the eggs into a bowl, cut the turkey/ham into small pieces and mix well with eggs.
3. Pour the egg mix over the spinach and cook both sides for 2-3 minutes each.

Avocado and Spinach Scramble
Serves 2
Ingredients
• 2 tbsp coconut Oil
• 1 cup spinach, raw
• 3 large eggs, beaten
• 1 avocado, thinly sliced
• 100g soft goat cheese, full fat (optional)
Directions
1. Melt coconut oil and add the spinach. Gently fry until spinach wilts.
2. Add beaten eggs and mix well with spinach. Cook on medium heat until eggs are scrambled.
3. Put sliced avocado and goat cheese on top, cover with lid and gently fry until the cheese starts to melt.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
