

Before You Start
Before diving into the program, take advantage of this moment to document where you currently stand so that as you go through the program, you will be motivated by your own progress! Not only that, but being able to share what you’ve done with the world will help inspire others to do the same.
Start by taking a picture, recording your weight, and recording your body fat% (optional).
For as long as you want, or every 30 days, keep tracking your progress. When you’re ready to share your results with us, send us your progress pics and we’ll share them with the world!
