Congratulations on completing the program! Keep following the same workouts, you can switch up your meal plan as long as you stick to a Keto menu, and keep doing this until you’ve burned your desired amount of body fat.

Keto is a lifestyle and the principles you’ve learned here will help you stay lean for years to come! The key to making Keto sustainable is to incorporate the food swaps, use the keto fast food guide and keto-on-the-go tips, and if you occasionally eat some carbs, don’t sweat it, just go back to eating Keto and staying active and your body will eventually get back into Ketosis.

This is completely optional, but if you are the curious type and you want to test your ketones, you can monitor how long it takes your body to get back into ketosis when you have the occasional “carbs.” How long it takes to get back into ketosis will depend on your activity level (the higher/more intense the faster you’ll get back into ketosis) , the amount of carbs you had, and your personal body. For example, when I consume about 50 grams of carbs in one sitting and then go to the gym to lift weights, i’m usually right back in ketosis shortly after. Everybody’s different so you’ll have to play around with this to see what works for you.

For now, enjoy the Keto journey that you’re on! I’m excited for you and just remember to be consistent, patient, and continue to believe in yourself!
