Hey guys i’m Logan Delgado. You may recognize me as Goody Beats. I lost 70 pounds using the ketogenic diet and have now dedicated my life to helping others do the same.

I first stumbled upon the ketogenic diet in 2013, before it was popular like it is today. When I found it, I had amazing results. My energy levels exploded, my mental clarity improved dramatically, I burned so much body fat. And now, I’m in the best shape of my life!

Thousands of people have now lost weight using the keto diet and it’s obvious why. The ketogenic diet switches your body from using glucose as your main energy source to burning fat for fuel. It’s really that simple.
The hardest part about Keto is finding a simple plan that works. The truth of the matter is, you don’t need fancy meal plans, keto supplements, you don’t need to count calories or spend hours in the gym. They can all help and I do some of those things, but you don’t need any of that when you’re first starting out.
